§ 2-61. Compensation.

(a)

The president of the village shall receive the sum of $125.00 per meeting for each and special meeting of the village council attended by him or her during the term or his or her office. The trustees of the village shall receive the sum $100.00 per meeting for each regular and special meeting of the village council by them respectively attended during their terms of office.

(b)

If the president or any trustee attends a meeting of the planning commission in the capacity of a planning commission member he or she shall be paid compensation for attendance equal to that paid to a planning commissioner for attendance.

(c)

During any time that the village does not have an acting village manager, the president of the village, with the approval of the village council, may perform some or all of the duties of the manager and receive compensation at a rate of $15.00 per hour for such service.
