§ 46-36. Motor vehicles.

Motor vehicles, as defined by the village traffic ordinance, shall not be driven, parked or operated in any village park or playground without the prior written approval of the village manager. For purposes of this section, motor vehicles shall not include electric personal assistive mobility devices.
