§ 82-173. Special land uses.

Land and/or buildings in the R-1 district may be used for the following purposes when approved by the village council in accordance with the requirements of article IV, special land uses:

(1)

Campgrounds.

(2)

Private cemeteries.

(3)

Private educational institutions.

(4)

Golf courses and country clubs, including related uses, such as snack bars, small retail shops selling goods directly related to the primary use, and other similar uses integral to the main use.

Public utility structures.

(6)

Religious institutions.

(7)

State-licensed residential care group facilities.

(8)

State-licensed group day care facilities.

(9)

Bed and breakfast accommodations.
